About Gail Leondar-Wright

Gail spends her time trying to uncover as much as she can about What Makes Sondheim Great. She's shared her gleanings with number of lifelong learning communities connected with universities and religious congregations and has supported Pasadena Playhouse’s Sondheim Celebration with a series of virtual lectures, lectured for the Boston Public Libraary in support of The Boston Lyric Stage Company's production of Assassins, and was a panelist at the 2023 BroadwayCon session: “I Know Things Now: Remembering Stephen Sondheim.”

Gail holds an MA in Performance Studies from New York University and a BA in Drama from The University of California at Berkeley.
